Spring Systems, located in Valley Stream, provides Web EDI services to help retail, wholesale and fashion clients manage and process their orders with automated functionality and integration, and reliability.

The Technical Customer Service Coordinator supports printing and transaction processing. The role is 100% service-related -helping our clients.

Candidates must have strong Excel experience, some database or programming exposure, and be a self-starter, willing to take on new projects as needed.

All transactions will be EDI-related, however prior EDI experience is not required, but appreciated.

Shift schedules will rotate, 2 weeks of 9 am - 6 pm, 1 week of 11 am - 8 pm, or can be a constant 11 am-8 pm.

This position is based in Valley Stream.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Prepare, run, and ship client print jobs (shipping labels, packing slips, and other shipping documents)
• Support client requests for transaction processing (data entry & configuration of shipping, invoicing transactions).
• Assign new UPC codes and load them to online catalogs.
• Execute reports to match sent transactions with appropriate acknowledgments.
• Maintain trading partner address tables in excel and SQL database.
• Monitor and respond to email requests and alerts.

• Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time with limited supervision.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
