We are looking for a talented Hospice Aide, who wants to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

Assist with patient care as directed by the Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) in the care plan.

Offer emotional support and compassionate care to the patients and families.

Ability to work as part of the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

Current license as a CNA/LNA in the State of Arizona

One year experience as a hospice aide.

Valid AZ Driver’s License and auto insurance and reliable vehicle

Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills

English and Spanish speaking highly preferred

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of all aspects of hospice. This candidate should inspire trust and treat others with dignity and respect. This person will also be very well organized and have the ability to manage resources efficiently and perform the job duties accurately. He or she must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written. We are seeking someone who will provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
