We are looking for an experienced, talented and compassionate Hospice RN to join our Hospice Team. The schedule for this position is Saturday/Sunday 8AM-8PM with a pay differential. Work 24 hours per week, receive pay and benefits for 32! You will treat patients in their homes throughout our territory across the South Shore.
You will coordinate and provide the delivery of hospice services to patients and clients of the Agency through the application of the nursing process and in accordance with Agency philosophy, mission and standards.
Skills and Abilities:

• Strong clinical assessment and prioritization skills a must
• Exceptional communication skills
• Understanding of hospice rules and regulations
• Understanding of medication and symptom management
• Ability to be a team player and work harmoniously with patients, families, co-workers, management and support staff
• Ability to be flexible and work effectively under pressure
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Caring and compassionate nature

Education:

• Current Massachusetts License in good standing
• RN - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Current CPR certification

Experience:

• 2+ years in an acute care setting
• Home care experience as an RN required
• Hospice experience required
