As the Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of Partake Collective’s outreach to Chef’s, aspiring Chef’s, Makers, and Bakers. Your experience with customer service translates to valued and repeat customers. You will ensure our Communal Kitchens and Test Kitchens are safe, welcoming, and efficient workspaces forcustomers using our facilities to build their version of the American Dream.
As we open our first location in Long Beach, CA, we’re looking for a full-time Sales Manager who’ll be responsible for developing and fostering relationships with prospective short-term renters and long-term tenants through their established relationships, proactive cold-calling, creating and staging events, and facilitating tours of Partake Collective's many rentable and leasable kitchens.
What You’ll Do:
- Consistently performingoutreach and sharing details about our renting Partake Collective’s Communal Kitchens, and Test Kitchen, our Classroom, and Private Dining Room rental options.
- Creating leads and developing long-term relationships with catering groups, chefs, and restaurants, encouraging the use of our facility, building repeat business, and potential long-term tenants.
- Touring and discussing rentable unit options for our Communal Kitchens, Test Kitchens, Classroom and Private Dining Room with prospective renters.
- Performing all administrative tasks related to the onboarding, orientation, and facility training for new lessees and renters of the Communal Kitchens, Test Kitchens, Classroom and Private Dining Room.
- Facilitating the check-in and check-out process for the rentable spaces and the move-in and move-out process for long-term tenants.
- Working closely with the Marketing team on the ongoing improvement of documents for the various rentable and leasable spaces within the building.
- Developing quarterly and annual sales goals with the General Manager.
- Monitoring changes and new developments in the Ghost Kitchen industry and utilizing these details to adjust outreach approaches when necessary.
- Work with the Marketing Team, and General Manager to create and perform digital surveys to be given to renters and tenants to get feedback on their experiences within the building.
- Developing and facilitating surveys with potential leads following tours to determine and analyze our offerings and adjust where needed.
- Representing PartakeCollective at local chef-driven events to support your sales efforts.
- Working closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement achievable sales action plans.
- Working with the Marketing & Branding team to ensure the Partake culture and brand philosophy are upheld in all communication and connection areas.
- Follow up on all business leads within 24 hours.Communicating with the General Manager on the status of sales.
- Provide the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction to all potential renters, tenants, and guests who come through the door.
- Keep prospective sales leads up to date within a manageable customer relationship management database provided.
- When requested, prepare and present detailed reports on outreach and sales to Executive, Finance, and Ops team members.
- Participate in budget and revenue discussions and processes related to the rentable and leasable spaces with the Ops, Finance, Marketing, and Executive team members.
- Aid the Operations team with the ongoing troubleshooting process.
Required Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experienced in Sales outreach procedures.

- Detail-oriented and solid organizational skills.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with Project management and event planning experience.
- Being tech-savvy / having any IT support experience.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite., Slack, Box.com.
- Experience using TripleSeat or similar CRM tools.
- Bilingual.
Qualifications/Experience/Training/Education:
- 3+ years experience in a related role
- Startup experience is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent required, AA or bachelor's degree preferred.
