Job Summary: The Breakfast Supervisor is responsible for running the floor and ensuring that all of the hotel food service standards are upheld to the highest degree. They have the passion, dedication, and vision to inspire our employees in providing high level service to our guests.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervises front of house staff during breakfast service
• Communicates the hotel breakfast department vision to all team members and leads by example
• Reinforces the Genesis Hospitality values daily and fosters our culture and inspires the team with his/her exciting vision
• Regularly monitor and achieve the Genesis Hospitality points of technical service and points of breakfast details
• Builds and maintains relationships with guests, team members and senior management alike
• Follow breakfast procedures exactly
• Shows leadership in creating a culture that revolves around the experience and enjoyment service
• Demonstrates high personal integrity, business ethics and takes every opportunity to promote the hotel
• Assists with recruitment, selection, training, and development initiatives as well as coaching and performance management
• Uses conflict/resolution and problem-solving skills
• Assists with managing inventory, budgeting, and scheduling

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as in hotel operations at a four-diamond hotel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent guest service scores/3rd party review sites.
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach,
• Lead by example work style.
