Pay Range: $85,550.00 - $145,000.00
This position is a member of the Executive committee and reports directly to the VPGM.
Coordinate, administer, direct and manage all property activities with specific responsibilities for Accounting and Front Office Management. Interface with General Manager with regards to all property activities to ensure adherence to hotel and company policies and/or procedures. Direct and supervise Front Office Manager to ensure high standards of guest service and accuracy in all phases of the front office operations. Coordinate with Corporate Accounting to ensure completion of all accounting functions and adherences to all management company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing direction and overseeing the daily operation of the resort and provides support for the Rooms, Spa, F&B outlets, and overall guest experience. Responsible for motivating the team to align with Remington's five drivers and drive profitability.
Leadership with focus on fostering a strong culture within departments to enrich the associate experience.
Works closely with other leadership to ensure strong communication and inter-departmental cooperation.

The Hotel Manager should be a self-starter who actively works to improve the operation and guest/associate experience.
Actively engages with our guests to ensure satisfaction at all stages of their stay.
Assists VPGM with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Works with department heads regularly to ensure expenses are within guidelines to achieve financial performance goals.
Works closely with Human Resources to recruit, train, and manage associates according to Remington's standards.
Take an active role in the development of all management and associates.
Requirements:Required Qualifications:
- Able to communicate accurately and effectively in verbal and written from with guests and associates. Respond accurately and completely to people to give directions, instructions, information, answer questions and provide services as required.
- Experience in Front Office and Accounting Management.
- Computer experience on PMS systems and a working knowledge of manual front desk procedures.
- Possess good communication and organizational skills.
- Portray effective leadership and provide guidance to the Front Office staff.
