The Tonopah Collection is actively searching for an organized, detailed, reliable and professional Guest Room Attendant (Housekeeper) to join our Hotel team.

This is a Part Time position with Full Time growth opportunity. Regular shifts are 8- 4pm.

The historic and iconic Mizpah Hotel offers updated period-style guest rooms and full service restaurant, Pittman Café, serving exceptional breakfast and dinner to travelers daily.

The newly opened Belvada Hotel sits across from the Mizpah. As the restored original Nevada Bank & Trust building, guest rooms are well appointed with updated amenities and period-style plush furnishings. In the lobby, the Belvada Café brews fresh lattes and daily handmade baked goods.

Job Summary:

· Report to supervisor for daily tasks and room assignment. Collect any information regarding guest requests, to-do items, and an accurate list of check-ins and outs for the day.

· Clean all guestrooms to the satisfaction of the housekeeping supervisor and in accordance with the standards and policies of the company.

· Keep cart inventory stocked and organized at all times. Maintain Laundry area and storage closets, keeping them cleaned and organized at all times.

· Ensure all guest room floors, hallways, and public areas are cleaned.

· Adhere to all Safety and Security policies and procedures outlined by the housekeeping department and the company.

Required Experience:

· Some cleaning experience preferred

· Neat and professional appearance

· Positive, team player attitude

· Self-motivated individual

· Flexibility to work nights or mornings, weekends, holidays, and busy seasonal days (i.e. town festivals).

· May be subject to successful completion of background check and/or DMV check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
