We are looking for a Housing Coordinator that will be tasked with working with local Operations Managers to research, lease, and accommodate the Aptive workforce for temporary seasonal housing. Coordinators will work closely with Operations Managers and Sales Team Leads with housing needs, details, and logistics.

Aptive Housing’s major responsibilities revolve around helping find, negotiate, securing, and managing housing accommodations for nearly 7000 employees and their dependents each year. They will be responsible for tracking, managing and accounting for where employees are living, costs associated with apartments and accurately accounting for rent deductions for our employees. We need a self-starter, full of initiative, and able to creatively find solutions to new questions. We are wanting someone that can build relationships, is organized, can implement new procedures, processes, and initiatives. Being detail oriented, proactive and communicating well with groups will make you successful.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage housing needs by Area and negotiating contracts

• Signing leases, renting furniture, and securing utilities

• Coordinating with Area Managers to track bed management and rent deductions Process organization skills

• Knowledge with Excel and Google Sheets

• Property management and accounting

• Working in cross-functional teams
