We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team! This is a newly created role that will operate across several core HR functional areas including generalist, talent and development and HRIS as well as provide generalist support for the human resources team.

Our HR Assistant will be a key contributor in the transformation of our team as we strive to provide best in class human resources partnership to the business. You will help facilitate key employee life-cycle and operational activities in partnership with the HRBP team. What you'll do:

Executive Support:

  • Assist EVP, People & Culture with management of calendar, expenses & administrative support as needed
  • HR departmental invoices/coding via xFlow
  • Answer phone calls from the HR phone line (will need to provide phone)
  • Answer emails in HR inbox and route them where appropriate
  • Mail (will need to provide with printer/necessary equipment)

General Employee HR Support:

  • Scanning and organization of Therefore/maintenance of employee files (auditing of files)
  • UTM weekly emails & UTM compliance/follow up with employees and managers
  • Assisting HRIS with UTM inquiries
  • Manual timesheets and OT PAFs
  • UKG auditing and updates (job title reasons, termination reasons, addresses, taxes, salary questions, etc.)
  • Job code/creation (UKG administrative support)
  • HRIS Responsibilities - UTM (UKG Pro Time Management) Administration: provide overall UTM administration including auditing, communication, processing, documentation, and policy updates.
  • Tuition Reimbursement for trade and shared services (administration and payment processing)
  • Employment verifications
  • Intern program support (pulling resumes, scheduling interviews)
  • Unemployment
  • Generating Delphi report for Facilities
  • Baby gifts
  • Project pay (full cycle)
  • Project pay manual timesheets
  • Voluntary termination process (term notices, exit info in UKG, exit packets, DocuSign, off payroll PAFs, email/drive delegation, coordination with IT, etc.)
  • Anniversary program
  • Special projects as needed and HRBP support

This is an entry level role with office experience being a plus!

The salary for this position is $42k.
