HR Generalist / Recruiter

HR Generalist who will be responsible for supporting company’s HR needs and carrying out various responsibilities including but not limited to the following functional areas: recruiting, training, benefits, payroll, reports/documents drafting.

• Interviews / Phone Screens for Potential Caregivers.
• Onboarding hired employees into systems.
• Ongoing: 30 day , 90-day and annual Evaluation for caregivers.
• Maintains caregiver database (E g: Change of address; dates and reminders of expired certifications/ vaccinations).
• Maintain Licenses, Update expired Driver License, TB Clearance’s.
• Update paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing
• Handle Employee Grievances, reprimanding, termination
• Run weekly Payroll, Benefits full cycle.
• Process Billing, submit claims to insurance companies
• Follow up for pending/outstanding invoices.
• Maintain KPI reports/file.
• Other duties as assigned or requested; and, agreed by both parties.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: One (1) year of progressively responsible and directly related work experience in the HR field.
• License/Certification: None required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ability to proactively solve problems in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of HR practices/policies related to benefits, staffing, compensation, etc.
• Knowledge of HR-related systems and software applications.
• Knowledge of Windows-based office software, computers and operating systems

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
