Wage Range: $13.45/hr
Housing & Meal Costs: Complimentary with single status housing

Responsibilities:- Create new and replacement name badges & IDs for employees.
- Assist with new employee paperwork - ensure all I-9's are completed.
- Create new and replacement name badges & IDs for employees.
- Organize & facilitate new employee orientation programs and other training events as needed.
- Develop, update, & publish the monthly training calendar.
- Collaborate & work closely with the Human Resources Manager.
- Coordinate, schedule, and host employee recreation program events and trips.
- Publish monthly employee newsletter.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee transportation.
- Maintain excellent attendance & punctuality.
- Assist in other departments as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience in administrative & clerical work.
- General knowledge of computer office systems.
- Strong organizational & multi-tasking abilities.
- Responsible for holding high professionalism in & outside the workplace.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Human Resources Manager and all other employees.
- Responsible for coordinating and facilitating employee transportation.
- Must have a US valid driver’s license.
- Must pass a motor vehicle records background check.
