Primary Function:
As an administrative support to HR Operations, the HR Coordinator (HRC) provides frontline response to employees and management on Human Resources related issues. Successful HRC will act as employee champion. HRC supports and responds to HR-related needs for the HR Business Partners and their designated departments. The HRC triages, as appropriate, HR related questions to HRBPs or HR Centers of Excellence to support in the delivery of value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The HRC maintains an effective level of HR operations literacy and knowledge of the businesses he/she supports to ensure operational needs are being met.
Education and Training: High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 5+ years secretarial/receptionist experience required.
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrates essential skills in communications and customer service.
- Shows excellent computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel).
- Previous experience with payroll systems helpful.
- Must be detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with confidential information.
- Good guest relations skills a plus along with the demonstrated ability to work independently.
