The Opportunity
The HR Manager can work remote during the off season; approximately November through April.
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Salary: $55400 - $73400 / year

Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire, and onboard new team members.
- Develop and deliver training to new and existing associates, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their job functions, policies, procedures, and opportunities for growth.
- Handle all associate relations matters and complaints, including conducting investigations and complaint resolution. Participate in grievance process for union associates when applicable.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Participate in internal auditing and the maintenance and safeguarding of associate files.
- Act as a connector between the location and our enterprise HR team, advocating and educating for consistent and best practice policies and practices and sharing insights and knowledge unique to the location.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in an HR leadership role required.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field; PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
- Union experience is required.
- Must be willing to work on additional HR projects during the off season.
- Must have strong team building skills.
- Experience working in a seasonal environment is preferred.
- Experience with iCIMS or similar HRIS system, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
