Qualification/Responsibilities:
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Accounting, Finance or Human Resource degree preferred but not required.
- FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certificate) preferred but not required.
- Must have 2 or more years of payroll or accounting experience.
- Ultipro experience preferred but not required.
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning payroll/personnel administration in nursing care facilities, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, Workers compensation
- MUST HAVE – ERP AP system experience (Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics preferred)
- Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, support agencies and community staff in the performance of duties.
- Great multi-tasker, staying organized and managing their time and multiple priorities in order to succeed and meeting all deadlines and requirements.
- Must possess and demonstrate strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, excel).
- Ability to safely perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Open to working beyond normal business hours when necessary and approved.
