HVAC Appointment Scheduler
All American Air Conditioning is now immediately hiring an HVAC appointment scheduler to join our established team!
Scheduler duties and responsibilities:
The primary goal as an HVAC appointment scheduler is to ensure ultimate scheduling efficiency while always keeping superior customer service in mind. You work hard to ensure that our field technicians are kept busy while maximizing time and mileage. In our fast-paced office environment, most of your time is spent making phone calls, leaving messages, answering incoming customer calls, and documenting information into our customers accounts in the computer system. Candidates should have excellent data entry, written and verbal skills and be able to work independently.
