Total Mechanical Systems is a residential home comfort service company. We provide heating, cooling, ductless, plumbing, electrical, generators, water heating, water treatment, and indoor air quality services as well as having sister Propane Delivery and Bathroom Remodeling Companies.

Expectations
As the Residential Service Manager, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations, every time. By working closely with our Residential Technicians, the Service Manager will ensure that jobs are completed efficiently and accurately, and the customer is happy. This individual will use their ability to establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction. The Service Manager will show themselves as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business. This individual will ensure jobs are properly scheduled/set-up and will sign off on job-quality checklists. In addition, they will adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably. They will also maintain clean, organized job sites and well-inventoried fleet. On occasion, this individual will train and mentor technicians to ensure on-time, high quality service. Their excellent verbal and written communication skills will help them to be accurate and timely with invoices and timesheets.
Qualifications
Must have a CT state trade license
Minimum of 5 years verifiable residential service experience is required
Must have a positive attitude
Must be a motivator
EPA certification is a plus
NATE certification is a plus.
The ideal candidate has an "always available" mentality
The Service Manager needs to be highly organized with exceptional follow through abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
