Shift: Part - Time or Full - Time
Pay: $12.50 - $15.50 an hour plus additional incentives
Come join our team and grow with us! We have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients which is one of the largest Home Warranty companies in North America. They have multiple plans to protect home owners with their electric, plumbing and HVAC home systems. With more people buying and working from home, their business is growing and we are growing with them.
We are looking for experienced call center representatives looking to work 30 to 40 hours per week. As an Inbound customer service rep, you will be handling incoming customer service calls which deal with anything from simple billing issues, questions or adding additional coverage. Our job is to take care of the customer’s issue and then offer additional coverage options that are available to the customer. So although Customer Service is the most important thing there is a sales component involved. Have you ever done anything similar?

Job Requirements
The duties and attributes that make a great Customer Service Agent include:
- 6 months of previous call center experience
- Data entry experience
- Ability multitask and toggle between multiple screens/systems
· Must be able to maintain a permanent set schedule
· Detail-oriented
· High School diploma or GED equivalency
WFH After 90 days with the below:
- Ability to connect to High-Speed Internet at your primary residence.
- Able to connect directly to router with Ethernet cable.
- Must have a dedicated work space during working hours free of outside noise and distraction
- Minimum network speed of:
- 25 Mbps download speed
- 10 Mbps upload speed
