Inbound Directory Sales Representative, Charlotte, NC
Townsquare Interactive
**This position requires you to work in our Charlotte Uptown office**
As an Inbound Directory Sales Representative for Townsquare Interactive, you will be responsible for selling inbound leads that come from a group of qualifying reps. You will be expected to take 8 transfers a day and make 50 outbound calls per day to close new business.
Your primary responsibility will be to sign up new clients and generate revenue through effective communication, active listening, and consultative selling skills. You will work closely with your team to develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
You will be selling our local directories package which include local business info on 50+ online directories.
Responsibilities:
- Take 8 transfers a day and make 50 outbound calls per day to close deals
- Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate solutions
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Continuously develop and enhance sales skills and knowledge of the company's products and services
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools a plus but not required
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Must be able to work in the Charlotte, NC office. This is not a remote sales job.
Compensation:

- $42,500 base salary plus commission
- Commission structure: $50 for each new sale closed
- Base salary + salary bonus program
- Uncapped commission
