As a Customer Concierge, you'll be working hand in hand with our Sales & Administrative staff. You are the first point of contact for our customers dealing directly with all inbound leads. No cold calling! The goal of the department is to ensure potential customers are offered a pleasant experience while gathering the project’s scope of work, so the customer may be assigned to a Project Manager that is best suited for their needs.

What You Get To Do Every Day:
- Answer customer telephone calls and email inquiries in a polite, flexible and accommodating manner.
- Enter new customer information accurately into company database (CRM)
- Evaluate and assess the site conditions and scope of a project to then pair up with the best designer equipped to handle such project.
- Manage Designers’ & Superintendent schedules and set appointments for new build, pool remodel, and landscape consultations.
- Record, maintain, and update CRM with accurate project assignment information, customer contact information, contact with the customers and designers, and follow up procedures.
- Be knowledgeable about California Pools & Landscape and what services it offers.
- Manage and resolve Project Managers’ scheduling conflicts.
- Listen to customer requests, offering solutions or recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
- Route service or warranty inquiries to the proper company resource.
- Manage and attempt to resolve customer concerns.
- Identify and escalate priority issues thru the proper company channel.
- Occasional travel to different valley office locations with mile reimbursement.
- Support Administrative Front Desk team where necessary. For example, covering the front desk for 1 -2 hours.
What You Bring To The Role:
- Customer service: Our concierge needs the ability to meet and exceed customer expectations and provide the information or resources they need.
- Multi-tasking skills: Customer Concierges must be able to do several things with the possibility of interruption.
- Detail oriented: Customer Concierges must be able to pay close attention to all of the small particulars when working a task.
- Organizational: Organization is a must for someone in this position.
- Problem-solving: Concierges face all kinds of questions and requests for information and must readily solve these to the customers’ satisfaction.
- Recordkeeping: Will need to maintain accurate customer records and project information.
- Team player: A Customer concierge sets the tone for a fruitful relationship between the Sales Staff and our Customers, setting expectations for a successful project. - 2 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience or 2 years of sales/lead generation experience
- 2 years of direct customer service experience such as a retail or administrative role.
- Relentless enthusiasm for serving both customers and sales personnel
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined quotas.
- A proven track record of developing strong customer relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
