The Coop App is a digital mobile application that pairs homeowners with professional home cleaning service providers. We contract residential, vacation rental, and move-in/out cleaning services. If you are cheerfully obsessed with cleaning, experienced, own a smart phone and have reliable transportation, then our platform is built for you. We are looking for flexible home cleaning service professionals to lead the charge with us as we launch this new platform in Colorado Springs, CO.

Our Tidy Coop independent contractors retain up to 75% of the gross revenue from bookings through our platform. As a background checked, independent contractor, you will be required to carry your own general liability insurance. What does that mean? You will not be an employee of Tidy Coop, but rather an independent contractor with the flexibility to generate your own schedule and earning potential.

Tidy Coop collects payment digitally from the homeowner and then distributes your percentage electronically so there is no need to collect payment by hand, invoice clients, or get the run-a-round to get paid.

Tidy Coop is different than a maid service. Tidy Coop is a home cleaning booking service platform that is used to book a standardized cleaning service on-demand. Booking services and payment are all done electronicallythrough the app and as a Tidy Coop agent you will receive requests for service in your specified area. Once you complete a job, you are compensated up to 70% of the contract rate directly.
