- Starting Trainee Painter/On the job training pay: $17.78/hour
- After 90 days of continuous employment, there is a promotion to Trainee Painter II and a bump in pay to: $20.37/hour
- Advanced painters in our program make $29+/hour!
Schedule:Day shift: 7:00 am – 6:30 pm, Night shift: 7:00 pm – 6:30 am
Duration: Temp to Hire

Entry Level Painter Job duties:
- Safety Observation “spotting” movement of lifts around the aircraft.
- Maintain the clean hangar floors by shifting shams.
- Help with tool maintenance by doing detailed cleaning of pots, mini jets and 5000’s.
- Rolling Triple paper and regular rolls.
- Clean pots and guns for the painters after each application.
- Clean coupons that are used on the aircraft to serve as examples of the thickness of the paint applied.
- Assist painters by providing materials and cleaning their lifts during on-going processes.
- Clean bull dog pumps & setting them up prior to the cleaning processes
- Help with material stocking making you aware of consumption and where things are located.
- Washing lifts and the hangar floors periodically to reduce contamination.
- Prepare baskets prior to paint by wrapping them in plastic while the painters go set up their guns.
- Help out with changing out hazardous waste shams.
- Perform daily hangar sweeps to gather materials left behind in lifts and return them to the stock room.
Entry Level Painter Job Requirements:
- Painting and/or production experience – automotive and industrial painting preferred
- Ability to read and write in English and perform basic math
- Must be able to pass our hiring process, which includes a background check, drug screen, and must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
