Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities on construction projects to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished in a given time frame.

Responsibilities:

• Review project proposals and plans to determine time frames, funding limitations, procedures for completion, and staffing requirements
• Work closely with Purchasing Agents in buying out new projects
• Prepare job cost breakdown sheets and schedule of values
• Consult with project teams to devise work plans, duties, and overall scope of authority
• Direct and coordinate activities being completed by project teams
• Review labor analysis reports and updates monthly
• Work closely with Superintendents
• Subcontract specialized areas of work

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of prior experience in a project management role
• Ability to oversee projects and employees
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize and schedule work assignments
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
