Job description
Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities on construction projects to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished in a given time frame.
Responsibilities:
- Review project proposals and plans to determine time frames, funding limitations, procedures for completion, and staffing requirements
- Work closely with Purchasing Agents in buying out new projects
- Prepare job cost breakdown sheets and schedule of values
- Consult with project teams to devise work plans, duties, and overall scope of authority
- Direct and coordinate activities being completed by project teams
- Review labor analysis reports and updates monthly
- Work closely with Superintendents
- Subcontract specialized areas of work
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of prior experience in a project management role
- Ability to oversee projects and employees
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize and schedule work assignments
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
