We are seeking a customer-focused candidate for a new role, Industrial Engine Support Specialist, at our Tukwila, Washington branch, to effectively market, manage and grow the Industrial Engine Product Support business in Washington. Additional duties include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement a marketing plan and analysis that focuses on growing the Industrial Engine business at N C Power Systems and N C Machinery for the Washington State region.
• Review procedures and processes to efficiently utilize and improve the Service shop and field capabilities for optimum productivity. Maintain a regular review of the service shop tooling requirements to enhance shop capability.
• Promote CVA’s for the Industrial Engine business and develop efficiencies for open and added work orders to allow for proper charging of parts, labor, and miscellaneous items. Maintain job turnaround time and evaluate internal processes to improve turnaround time.
• Maintain productive and professional contacts with customers so they are informed of the status of Industrial Engine repairs regularly. Ensure regular training is conducted on CAT industrial products and features.
• Develop and maintain productive rapport with sales, service, parts and CAT personnel which may require travel within assigned region to address customer concerns.
• Develop and maintain an Industrial Sales and Technical reference materials.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in related field, industry or Caterpillar Dealership.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, detail oriented and can work independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees at all levels of the organization.
• Effective Excel skills for summarizing Industrial activity on regular and quarterly reports.
