Hours: This position is full-time and year round; new teachers start with a schedule of 8:30am - 5:30pm but may get earlier hours over time.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

Duties Performed but not limited to:

• Looking for a job that includes laughter, singing, and hugs? Don't worry if you are new to teaching, we offer two weeks of training to all new members of our team, no matter what your experience is.
• We are hiring LEAD and ASSISTANT teachers; these positions have different responsibilities, experience requirements, and salaries. All teachers work with a partner teacher to care for and teach a group of children, working as a team. Together both teachers will implement lesson plans. Teachers are responsible for keeping their classroom organized and clean, and communicating with parents. We seek teachers that are comfortable caring for ALL AGES, infants through Kindergarten.

• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infant and Young Toddler teachers must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib.
• Flexible, fun and patience with children.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Infant - Preschool Teachers: 2 year degree in early childhood or related field preferred
• Pre-Kindergarten Teachers: 4 year degree in early childhood or related field required
• Kindergarten Teacher: 4 year degree in early childhood and certified to teach in the state in which the school operates required
• BA Degree in Childhood Education or a closely related field / CDA
