Job description
Family Practice Center is currently seeking a Full-Time Information Technology Help Desk Technician for our Administration Office in Selinsgrove, PA. The qualified individual is responsible to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems, answer basic questions regarding technical issues, and offer solutions/advice to solve those issues.

Family Practice operates 40 office locations in 14 Central PA counties. We offer a wide range of services including family medicine, pediatrics, counseling services, onsite lab and x-ray, and much more. EOE
Regular Office Hours with some flexibility: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform remote troubleshooting using MSP software
- Serve as first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance
- Participate in development of client training programs
- Provide accurate information regarding IT infrastructure to end users when necessary
- Record events and resolutions in logs
- Provide suggestions and possible improvements on procedures
- Assist end users with replacement equipment and repair equipment as needed
- Complete removal and or repair of any equipment as needed
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Solid communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Experience with windows operating systems
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field preferred
- Two + years of related experience required preferred
- Valid drivers license
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
- Ability to work with ladders and elevated areas as needed
