• Midsouth PM , a wholesale diamond and jewelry buying company, in business since 1980 is looking for an experienced and highly motivated inside sales representative to join our B2B tele-buying team for a long term position. Midsouth PM recycles secondhand precious metals and gems from pawnbrokers and jewelry stores nationally, and is searching for a top performing candidate who consistently exceeds minimum quotas and demonstrates a strong desire to achieve top results on a consistent basis. Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of inside Telesales Experience Required. B2B tele sales experience preferred but not required.

Must submit the indeed Q&A phone call assessment recording when prompted in your application process on indeed. Please submit the verbal version not written.

CRM experience preferred with excellent typing ability to enter data into a CRM program.

Excellent verbal skills to communicate technical information while paying strong attention to details and accuracy required.

Explain to customers how our diamond buying pricing works and make buying quotes to customers based on our pricing charts.

Perform a high volume of B2B cold calls to new and established accounts to pawn shops, refineries and jewelry stores. *Average calls is 70-100 per day and candidate MUST have MINIMUM 1 of year experience with high volume inbound/outbound phone calls.

Compensation:

Salary - $65,000 - $85,000 per year plus robust commission.

Commission - Average is around $30,000 and is uncapped. The candidate filling this position also inherits established accounts that took 2 sales reps 10 years to build up and has the ability to start earning immediate commissions from repeat business accounts.
