Lyman Lumber, a Division of Lyman Companies & US LBM Is Seeking an Inside Sales Representative for Our Chanhassen, MN Location.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Wage: $23-26.00 per hour based on experience

How you will spend your day as an Inside Sales Representative:
- Responds to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations, complaints and scheduling of deliveries and installations, and providing customer follow-ups.
- Working with other departments to support sales needs.
- Schedule Management. Communicate with customer via telephone and email to verify delivery dates and proactively manage their job schedule.
- Coordinates purchase and delivery of special products. Obtains information on pricing specifications, uses and availability.
- Codes and inputs customer orders, pricing information and additional data into the computer system.
- Creates sales tickets.
- Researches credits, returns, and late payments as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Estimating knowledge helpful (not required)
- 1 year in building material industry with basic knowledge of product and application
- Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
