This team member under general supervision, receives, logs and distributes construction documents for review; reviews permit applications and supporting documents for proper form, sufficiency of information and conformance with legal standards; issues permits as authorized. Responsible for administration of business functions of the organization including a variety of complex clerical, payroll, finance, budget and reception duties; including matters of a confidential nature. Must possess a high school diploma/GED, plus two or more years experience in a personnel or administrative environment; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a valid driver license.Currently posses, or must obtain a Notary Public License within six months of hire date.
