Job description
Full-time, ten-month, non-tenure track position responsible for team teaching multiple areas of nursing. Bachelor's degree in nursing is required. Minimum of two years related professional occupational experience is required. Successful applicant must hold an active, unencumbered license as a registered nurse with privileges to practice in the state of Missouri.
The associate degree nursing program is ACEN accredited with full approval from the Missouri State Board of Nursing. Faculty must be willing to teach day and/or evening and hours may vary according to class schedule. Clinical supervision may require early morning or evening work schedule.
May require travel to multiple clinical sites; valid driver's license is required. Instructors may be required to adhere to policies of the hosting institutions (immunizations, CPR, first aid, background checks, etc.).
Salary range is $42,505 - $54,118. Excellent fringe benefit package including, but not limited to health, dental, vision, and life insurance; sick leave; and the Missouri Public School & Education Employee Retirement System.
