The Chad Mitchell Agency is looking to train the right individuals to join our team! We are currently seeking to fulfill a couple Sales Agent full-time positions. You would work directly with the Agency Owner to achieve the sales and retention goals of the Agency. To excel in this insurance sales role, you will need to be energetic, motivated, and ready to let us help you learn the industry and obtain the tools necessary to succeed!

• 
  Due to the high level of bilingual customers, proficiency in Spanish is a desired trait.
• Normal business hours for this position are Mon-Fri (9:00am - 5:30pm).
• Veterans encouraged to apply.
• Agent will cover the costs associated with your training and licensing.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $100000.00 per year

• Connecting with potential customers using various sales and networking techniques.
• Presenting and selling insurance products offered by Farmers Insurance and its subsidiaries.
• Building and maintaining relationships with centers of influence.
• Maintain relationships with customers of the Agency.
• Be able to multitask, follow through and follow up.
• Should be a career minded individual.

  Property and casualty license (Must obtain prior to start)
• Life & Health license (can be achieved within a set time frame after start)
