If so, we’d love to connect with you! We are Mental Health Cooperative (MHC), and we are looking for an Intake Clinician to join our team! You will perform intakes on referrals for mental health services.

To join our team, you’ll need:

• Effective interpersonal skills to conduct face-to-face intake for consumers who have been referred to MHC and assess for care management, medication management, or therapy eligibility
• Strong attention to detail to complete intake evaluation paperwork during initial intake, and grief when needed
• Compassionate approach to assess individual’s appropriateness for care management, medication management, or therapy and assign to all that are appropriate
• Ability to identify individuals that need MCRT services rather than a routine intake
• Master’s degree in a related field of counseling, psychology, sociology, or social work

We’re especially looking for someone with social work experience within a mental health clinic, school, agency, or hospital environment who is:
