We are seeking an experienced Inventory/Purchasing Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking product trends, and optimizing purchasing processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for inventory management. This company has been in the industry since the 1970s, you would be working amongst the best in the industry!

Location: Kingsburg area| Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm| Compensation: $20-$25|Benefits: Exceptional Benefits Package!

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Develop and maintain accurate inventory tracking systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and ensure timely product delivery
• Optimize purchasing processes to minimize lead times and reduce costs
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Create reports and presentations to communicate inventory and purchasing data to management
• Participate in inventory and purchasing-related projects as needed
• Generate inventory reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus!
• 2+ years of experience in inventory or purchasing analysis
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with inventory management software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
