Inventory Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Cycle Counting:

• Create and finalize manual and automatic inventory counts
• Double count any inventory discrepancies
• Providing solutions to inventory questions and/or issues
• Reviewing inventory counts daily with the Inventory Control Lead

Bin Management:

• Utilize NetSuite reports to replenish picking locations from bulk stock daily
• Oversee all bin transfers and work with Inventory Control Team to ensure all bin transfers are accounted for
• Review and implement goods inwards processes and oversee picking location cleanliness
• Utilizing NetSuite to identify reasons behind inventory discrepancies

Key Performance Indicators:

Inventory accuracy per day and per week

• Benchmark: 95%

Items counted per day and per week

• Benchmark: 60/day | 300/week

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in an inventory setting
• Forklift Experience/Certification
• Proficient in Excel
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
