Job Description
As an integral part of the Felton IT team, the IT Administrator II (IT Admin-II henceforth) serves the Felton staff by effectively resolving IT requests, needs and complaints in a timely manner. Collaborating with other members of the IT team, the IT Admin-II also strives to continually improve the Technology infrastructure and services at the agency.
The job responsibilities and expectations for the role are as follows:

Assist Felton staff, volunteers and contractors either in-person or via phone to solve immediate IT issues.

Resolve assigned IT tickets in a timely manner, while accurately documenting progress as well as resolutions.

Provide IT support for Zoom and Salesforce at San Francisco Suicide Prevention to maintain a stable call-center environment for the program. Create, update, and delete Zoom and Salesforce user accounts. Troubleshoot issues related to call quality and connection while engaging Zoom Support when and if needed.

Be actively involved in creating a Technology “how-to” knowledge base for all staff. Collaborate with the IT team to create effective training modules and presentations for the monthly IT trainings. -
Install IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, and desk phones for staff. -
Setup and troubleshoot network devices, including and not limited to: Wireless APs, routers, switches, firewalls, and network/non-network printers at various locations of the agency. -
Create, update, and delete Okta accounts while also resolving issues related to login and ‘App’ access. -
Set up, troubleshoot and upgrade Avatar software (web-connect and Java) for Avatar users in the Agency. -
Setup, troubleshoot and upgrade other desktop applications used at Felton, including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Box Drive, Anti-Virus and Adobe PDF. -
Troubleshoot network issues related to wired or wireless connectivity while engaging other members in the IT team when needed. -
