Job description
Responsibilities:
- Configuration of hardware and software components to ensure usability
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Will serve as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- User Onboarding/Offboarding
- Conducting daily backup operations
- Specialization in the company’s business system & mobile solutions.
- Documenting network support activities, procedures, and manuals.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or relevant disciplines
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 preferred
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Expected to type at least 40 WPM
- Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients
- Technical documentation skills
Pay & Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $25 to $30/hr based on experience.
