Job Requirements:

• Reliability to show up for your shift and work together with your team to ensure internal customers are taken care of
• Maintain existing IT systems by following written procedures while updating documentation as needed
• Accept responsibilities that stretch your skills, coordinate efforts with your team, and follow up with progress reporting to management
• Accept accountability for processes and policies by understanding them, following them, and striving to improve processes and policies through feedback, suggestions, and following through.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with user-facing workstations
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience troubleshooting connectivity, password, printing, and document problems with end users
• Experience with customer service roles and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Experience with Mac, Windows, iOS, Android, Chrome, and Linux devices
• Experience or interest in automation, scripting, and Python programming
• Voracious self-learner

The position is a full-time hourly starting at $15-$18/hr depending on experience. There will be 1:1's, quarterly reviews, and opportunities to move up pay grade within one year depending on your performance. You may participate in the company's medical & dental insurance plans as well as a 401k plan.
