The IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing day to day activities that involves the IT team related to assigned projects. Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:

• Coordinating the schedule, budget, and risks of the project.
• Monitoring progress and creating status reports for managers and stakeholders.
• Resource scheduling to ensure resources are readily available for staff as needed.
• Coordinating meetings and facilitating communications between stakeholders and the project manager throughout the duration of the project life cycle.
• Managing project documentation such as the plan, budget, schedule, and/or scope statement.
• Administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeeping.
• Supporting members of the team when implementing risk management strategies.
• Developing project strategies to ensure efficiency, accountability, and accuracy in meeting deadlines.
• Ensuring projects adhere to all frameworks and documentation is maintained appropriately, per project.

WHAT’S REQUIRED?

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, and/or IT related field.
• Project Management Certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), project management professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar.
• 1-3 years’ experience working with SDLC.
• Proven work experience within a similar role, managing projects from concept to delivery with budgets in the $250k - $1m range.
• Working knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Project and Planner, Jira, Trello, and DevOps.
• Ability to interpret and prepare flow charts, schedules, and step by step action plans.
• Excellent communication with strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multi-task while managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
• Full vaccination for COVID 19 - required as a condition of employment.
