What we’re looking for…
- Experience in business systems analysis with a demonstrated knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as waterfall and agile.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various departments for requirement gathering, negotiating with vendors and persuading buy-in from upper management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an IT or IS related field.
About the Position Duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Collaborates with business analysts and senior business teams, to question, to understand and to confirm the business objectives and business requirements, the business process flows and the involved parties.
- Derives appropriate design solutions to work with business teams by understanding the system design principles and system functionalities.
- Collaborates with vendors for solution design and project implementation.
- Derives optimal system design and implementation with efficient IT operation maintenance, performance, and security management in consideration.
- Drives business analysts and senior business teams to derive the optimal business processes and requirements that best fit system design principles and achieve the same business objectives for the projects.
Work Schedule
New York Office 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- Experience in systems analysis/systems designs in project driven environments
- Knowledge of working with business analysts, developers, end users, stakeholders and vendors
- Experience with ERP platforms and managing SaaS platforms is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
