Job Description Summary

Hana Group US is seeking a Jr. Support Analyst to help drive excellence within our internal IT department. The individual should have experience aligning IT initiatives with corporate strategy and business growth. Day-to-day activities include but are not limited inventory management for all technology related devices/items and assisting in daily technical Support functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Inventory management for all technology related devices/items
• Assist in daily technical support functions
• Configure/deploy/implement technology related devices
• This position is hybrid working position: in person in our warehouse in Allentown 3 days, 2 days remotely from home, Monday to Friday; Occasional off-hour work may be required.

Required Technical Skills

• General Computer knowledge, Computer Hardware, IoT, Operating System (Windows 10, Windows 11, iOS, Android)
• Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
• Basic knowledge of VPN, Router and Firewall
• Basic knowledge of Window Server 2013 above and Active Directory
• Basic Network knowledge, like TCP/IP, cabling

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication / interpersonal skill – verbal and written
• Time management skills
• Adaptability and collaboration skills
• Motivated self-starter
• Ability to work independently
• Physically able to lift up-to 40lb or so – occasionally
• Understanding of Shipping/Receiving process
• Knowledge of 4G LTE, 5G is a plus
• Tech certification is a plus
