  • Experience with Mortgage-related loan documents
  • Critical thinking and Problem Solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc)

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

The Operations - Loan Management - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
As a valued colleague on our team, you will assist with managing the loan administration process, assessing operational risks, and coordinating tactical execution and day-to-day operations for managing loans and mortgage-backed security (MBS) pool transactions, as well as monitor customer (lenders, services, and internal partners) performance.

  • Assist with day-to-day operations for managing loans and MBS pool transactions.
  • Adhere to firm guidelines and controls to mitigate operational and financial risk.
  • Participate in loan management activities that support business unit goals.
  • Prepare resources to support loan management workflow.
