Position Summary

Supervises birthday parties and events for kids between the ages of one and eleven. Works alongside other Kids team members to provide a welcoming, entertaining and safe environment for our Life Time Junior Members and their guests. Oversees a variety of age-appropriate, fitness-based activities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervises and assists team members with restocking, cleaning and setting up party and event spaces.
• Coordinates with other departments and outside vendors to ensure parties and events run smoothly.
• Ensures quality experience and engagement for members and children via supportive supervision of party hosts
• Greets, acknowledges and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Facilitates organized activities and ensures children are active, interested, and safe throughout the party ​

Position Requirements

• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire
• Ability to communicate and organize effectively
• Ability to sell and promote programs and services

​ Preferred Requirements

• 6+ months of experience working with children

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
