Overview:Fair-Rite Products Corp. is a manufacturing company with headquarters located in Wallkill (Ulster County), New York. We have been in business since 1952 with locations in New York, Illinois and China. We manufacture parts for the electronics industry.
Our business is growing and we have openings for Kiln Tender on 1st shift (7:30 am to 4:00 pm).
Qualifications:
Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED or proven equivalent job experience. Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must also be able to physically endure work in hot environments.
Strong attention to detail as well as the ability to work under minimal supervision is required. A proven excellent attendance record is necessary.
Responsibilities:
The Kiln Tender is responsible for properly loading and unloading parts from our kilns, by following correct procedures. The Kiln Tender will record data on Work Order Packets and Kiln Record Sheets and complete other paperwork as required. The Kiln Tender will read data from computers and gauges to determine that temperatures and other measurements are properly maintained. Training is provided for this position.
