The education minimum requirement is a High School diploma or equivalent. Some experience using hand tools such as drills, rivet guns, screw drivers and wrenches and/or manufacturing experience a plus. Must have basic problem solving skills
Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English.
Once Trained:
As part of a moving line team, you will Assemble Commercial airline seats partially or completely, working at a bench or on the shop floor.
Utilizing a computer, you will be able to read blueprints and visual work instructions.
Be able to utilize measuring instruments and use basic hand tools.
Have the ability to look up all required reference documents on a computer
Work efficiently with little or no assistance.
You will be expected to follow all safety regulations, keep work area in a clean and orderly condition, and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required for the assigned work area(s) and perform safety related duties as assigned.
Types of equipment utilized will depend on your area of assignment but may include: drill, pneumatics, torque wrenches, rivet guns, helicoil tools and impact wrenches.
