This position is responsible for leading a small team that audits process across product lines and works with production teams to execute orders within customer-promised guidelines. In addition, this role works closely with manufacturing support groups to assist in the launch and execution of projects within the production setting. The lab process manager will work with various levels of management to obtain key manufacturing metrics in areas like, safety, quality, on time delivery and project execution. The ideal candidate is a proven leader capable of coordinating and communicating with resources from various backgrounds. They can work successfully across various levels of the organization and have a solid understanding of how to give clear, daily direction to a team.

What You'll Do Here:

• People manager of site order expediting team
• Adequately engages in development activities with the site order expediting team that promotes employee morale and engagement
• Provides guidance and support for daily expediting activities engaging the production teams as necessary for coordination
• Assists production teams in the communication of systematic or production process issues
• Uses data to explain production trends for key performance indicators
• Supports production with coordination of resources for project execution
• Acts as a site champion for new system launches
• Coordinates with manufacturing support teams to support new process launches
• Clearly communicates the scope and impact of process or system challenges to leadership
• Clearly communicates status updates to customer care leadership on behalf of the production team
• Acts as a subject matter expert on both systems and manufacturing processes
• Advises production and support teams on process improvement initiatives

The Skills You'll Bring:

• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate resources across departments
• Experience analyzing data to drive problem solving activities
• Proven ability to coordinate data and present in an effective manner to multiple internal customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications, especially Excel
• Proven ability to multi-task and complete daily tasks by established deadline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to learn existing processes while also identifying ways to improve them
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to provide guidance and develop direct reports in a meaningful way
• Ability to train personnel on new processes and systems
• Able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 40 lbs., mobility to crouch, kneel, reach, bend and do repetitive actions
