Our company is a locally owned lawn and landscaping company, dedicated to providing the best possible service to our customers in the Greater Des Moines, IA area. Our team at A+ Lawn and Landscape is managed by a highly entrepreneurial and progressive leadership team that is fueled by a level of passion that is uncommon in our industry. We are seeking a Landscape Foreman to join our growing team!
Our office is located in Des Moines, Iowa. All applicants for our Landscape Foreman position MUST live in Des Moines, or in a nearby area of Central Iowa like West Des Moines, Johnston, Urbandale, Pleasant Hill, Ankeny, or Clive.
Landscape Foreman Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in performing landscaping duties like trimming and pruning, plant installation, and mulching
- Generate field sales (additional commission rewarded)
- Complete daily invoice and truck checkout procedures
- Receive regular industry and company training
Landscape Foreman Applicants Must Have:
- Willingness to learn and be hardworking. Our company provides extensive internal training.
- Reliable transportation to our office in Des Moines, IA.
- A valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
- The ability and willingness to lift or carry up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions for 8-10 hours a day.
- Fantastic customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
