As a Lead Worker – Food in the Retail area, you will act as an ambassador between patrons and Retail staff members. It will be important for this candidate to have strong communication skills across many personalities. Culinary and leadership skills will be assessed for this position. The Lead Worker – Food will need healthy stress management techniques and the ability to work well with others under pressure. Patrons regularly have last-minute demands, so the ability to be patient and flexible is important. The Lead Worker – Food will need the ability to read and interpret customer tickets. Pay: $19.50 - $21.84 per hour
