Assuming the position of the Center Manager would provide support to the assistant instructors in a variety of instructional and center management tasks.

The Manager would provide administrative support for center operations in addition to the regular center responsibilities.

The work hours can range from 25-30 hours per week.

The main role is to focus on enrollment and leading the staff.

Manager would help employees run the day-to-day operations at the tutoring center, be in charge of daily scheduling, conduct new parent orientations, supervise homework, and occasionally meet with parents to discuss progress.

The Manager is responsible for minor accounting upkeep.

General Responsibilities: Responsible for overall operation of the center (some instruction, center management, communication, accounting, the training of our employees Communication concerning the promotion of Kumon to potential customers that could include providing orientation to new families.

Outstanding organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Answer incoming calls or make calls as related to the needs of the Center Ongoing communication with students and parents Communication and feedback provided in a timely manner Accurately preparing student files, completing inventory and orders Verifying all student files are ready for class or pick-up Gaining knowledge through study of the worksheets Prioritize tasks and perform multiple tasks simultaneously Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with adults and children , positive personality, and a drive to help the business progress and be committed in making a difference in the community and belief that all children have the potential to achieve academic excellence Work hours: Monday & Thursday 2pm to 7pm & other hours flexible
