We’re seeking a talented Lead Representative, Regulatory Analysis and Reporting to join our Risk & Regulatory Compliance team. This role is located in Westborough,MA – HYBRID / REMOTE.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Under limited supervision, compiles, synthesizes and reports on BNY Mellon or market data sources. Executes access, maintenance and security activities. Manages databases, feeds and other data sources of moderate-to-high complexity.
- Assists with more complex data sources. Conducts preliminary, moderately complex calculations and develops reports. Reviews work of others.With limited or no guidance, supports day-to-day data management activities.
- May direct work of others. Monitors data feeds and performs data scrubbing for the data management team, reviews work of others. Identifies and documents violations, exceptions, or occurrences exceeding tolerance thresholds. Verifies accuracy of information input by other team members.
- Directs others to test software enhancements and upgrades as necessary. Identifies process improvement opportunities .Monitors complex data feeds, databases and spreadsheets.
- Performs moderately complex calculations, operates data modeling programs and prepares initial drafts of charts, graphs or reports. May review initial drafts prepared by more junior colleagues
- Is a key contact for basic and complex data-related questions from internal and external clients. Responses to customers are thoroughly documented and verified. Ensures responses of others are thoroughly documents and verified.
- No direct reports. Provides guidance to less experienced staff, likely serves as the team leader for a team of support staff.
- Helps develop and supports the achievement of team objectives.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 2-3 years of total work experience preferred.
