We are looking for applicants that are individually motivated, proud of their skills and abilities, willing to learn more, able to lead others, know how to treat customers and wanting to make a home for themselves at a company they can really contribute to. The ideal candidate is able to learn the specifics of our services inside of the larger construction field and apply that knowledge to complete information jobs correctly and quickly. We are looking for a candidates that want to contribute their ideas to help make the company better while at the same time showcasing the ability perform each job with the same consistent approach.
We prefer a candidate with experience in construction with some leadership experience, but we have great training programs for someone that is ready and waiting for the opportunity to move up. Job duties include cleaning up residential and light commercial properties from water, fire, mold and other types of property damage. Repair services are also available to qualified candidates. Candidates must be available for on-call services when as scheduled for on call duty, just be able to lift 65lbs, must have a record of being on time, must pass a background check and preferably does not smoke.

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
