Summary:
The paralegal will be responsible for documenting and understanding legal proceedings, organize
contracts and legal paper, communicate with house counsel and other departments within and
outside the company. Organizational and communication skills are a must. The candidate will play
a crucial role in everyday legal needs of the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Organizes, analyzes, and compiles information- Collects record exhibits
- Develops written statements
- Tracks and organizes files from case documents to facilitate access unavailability to attorney
- Searches legal records collected in computer database
- Manages CRM in Zoho for contract management
- Completes administrative duties such as making copies, answering, and directing phone calls and emails
- Coordinates appointments, including all correspondence under just thinks necessary
- Manages legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
- Corresponds with counsel, court and clients
- Implements and improves upon a demonstrator process for more efficient workflow
- Completes other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Two year degree or certification preferred
- Knowledge of CRM preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
